Booking information

When can I check in and out?

Self check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Lock-box instructions are sent through the booking system on the day before arrival.

What is the minimum stay?

The normal minimum stay is two nights, reduced to one night from 1 May to 31 August. Other date-specific requirements may be shown during booking.

How does payment work?

Payment and cancellation terms depend on the rate selected at booking. Unless the selected rate states otherwise, the balance is processed on the day of arrival. All public prices include GST.

What is the cancellation policy?

Each available rate displays its cancellation terms before confirmation. Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance for unexpected changes.

Are children and pets allowed?

Children are welcome. Cots and extra beds are not available. Pets are not permitted; service animals are permitted.

Is parking available?

Yes. Both cottages have covered off-street parking.
